Most of the questions we get asked come down to the same few things: how do I reach you, when are you open, and what happens next? This page covers those directly, without the runaround. If your question isn't here, pick up the phone — we'd rather talk to you than have you guessing.
Getting in Touch With Us
There are two ways to reach Inspired Meds, and both go to a real person:
- Phone: (862) 332-6372 — the fastest option, and the one we recommend if your question is time-sensitive.
- Email: inspiredmeds@gmail.com — good for anything you'd rather put in writing, or if you're reaching out outside our hours.
If you call and we're with someone else, leave a message with your name and the best number to reach you. We work through messages in the order they come in. If you email, try to include enough detail in the first message that we can actually answer you instead of writing back to ask a question — it saves everybody a round trip.
Hours and Availability
We're open Monday through Sunday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. Seven days a week — that's not a typo. We kept weekend hours because plenty of people can't make a weekday call work, and telling someone to wait until Monday never felt like much of an answer.
A few things worth knowing about how those hours work in practice:
- Calls placed close to 6:00pm may get returned the following morning rather than the same evening.
- Emails sent overnight or early morning are usually read shortly after we open at 9:00am.
- Weekend hours are the same as weekdays — 9:00am to 6:00pm, no reduced schedule.
Before You Call
You don't need to prepare anything to call us. There's no form to fill out first and no hoops to jump through. That said, the conversation tends to go faster when you have a rough idea of what you're hoping to get out of it — even if that's just "I'm not sure where to start." That's a completely normal place to begin, and it's where a lot of our conversations start.
Have your questions written down if you're worried about forgetting them. People often hang up and then remember the thing they actually called about. A short list on a sticky note solves that.
If you're following up on an earlier conversation, mention that when you call. It helps us pick up where we left off instead of starting over.
